This is THE BEST cosmetology and injection clinic in Syracuse. I have been continuous patient here since 2021, after moving from California. Consistent price, cleanest and most modernized salon you will find in a New York country side. Yes we are a Modern Country Lifestyle area, and we all need to be cute. No matter how old you are step by this place. They offer financing options, membership plan and exceptional service.

I recently visited this med spa, and I absolutely LOVED my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by name, which immediately made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The spa is absolutely adorable, and the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took their time, explained everything, and were so gentle throughout the entire procedure. I truly felt like I was in great hands! I highly recommend this place and already can’t wait to go back for my next service!

When I walked through the door into Monroe Medspa , it was to have a consultation on what kinds of possible treatments I could get to improve the way my 60 year old face was looking. I had recently lost weight, and gravity & wrinkles were really showing, which made me feel a bit depressed to tell the truth.I had no idea that day , how much things were about to change for me ! From the moment I got there, I was treated in such a warm, welcoming non pretentious way. Any nervous feelings instantly went away. At my consultation , I was amazed at how professional, knowledgeable , understanding, and thorough Dieu the PA was. I felt really confident with her assessment, and suggestions of a conservative treatment plan to help improve my aging facial features. On my next appointment she gave me some Botox between my eyes on the bridge of my nose where I had deep wrinkles that made me look angry all the time, and some cheek filler that didn’t change my features - just enhanced them and helped lift my face to reduce the sagging jowls I had. Wowza wowza wowza ! I could not believe the difference ! I still cannot believe it ! The results were so natural - yet so amazing ! I was not expecting to walk out of there looking so fabulous …. and I also did not expect the emotional change I felt as well. I suddenly felt a confidence that I had lost, and to put it plainly … I just felt happy in a way I had not in a long time. I was a happy person on the inside - just not happy with my aging appearance until things changed at Monroe Medspa ! I cannot express how grateful I am to them ! Ya hoooooo - thank you, thank you, thank you ! And ps … the Botox worked wonders ! I no longer look angry ! 🙌😊

Love Monroe MedSpa! First time here, I was enticed by a new patient promotion they were running on FB. Upon arrival, I was promptly greated and made feel welcome by 2 staff members. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. My injector was a physician assistant, her name was Dieu. She took her time and explained everything. While injecting, I noticed her technique was flawless... I didn't feel a thing! Dieu even took some extra time after the procedure to answer more questions I had. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely return in the future when I am ready for another treatment. Highly recommend checking this business out 10/10

Love this place and the people here as they are amazing! First time getting lip filler and they all made us feel extremely comfortable. I have received 2 lip flips from Dr. Dieu and LOVED it! Not only does she really take into consideration what you are looking for, she listens and makes the injection experience incredibly easy and quick. Everyone here is very lovely and friendly I highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Dieu Bui at Monroe Medspa! This was my first visit, and I went in for Botox—Dieu made me feel so comfortable right away. She took her time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I would like to take this time to share an amazing experience I had at Monroe Med Spa in Camillus location on 12/16/2025🥰 First of all I was chosen to be a model for fillers. When Rachel reached out to me I was overwhelmed and so excited with the awesome opportunity I was offered at their spa . Rachel is the first beautiful face you see when you walk through the door. She is always smiling , cheerful and has amazing personality. She also goes above and beyond to make you to feel comfortable. Then of course there’s Dieu, this beautiful, intelligent, professional young lady whom also made you feel so welcomed and comfortable for my new look, I was about to receive. She took the time to explain every procedure she was going to do and also was concerned about my worries on what I wanted done and what my concerns were, but made your experience fun. To my surprise I was about to meet Emma, the woman behind it all, she was also amazing , beautiful and made you feel like wow this is all about me!! I was in this room with two talented, beautiful, funny young ladies that not only made me look younger, they made me look and feel beautiful again.. did I cry? I sure did many times because I couldn’t believe they were doing all this for me. I got to meet all the staff, It’s not just a job to them, it’s about making their clients feel beautiful again, and comfortable to be there from The time you walk through the door until The time you leave. I know this is a very long email, but I wanted to get everything in that I experienced and more. I’ve utilized Monroe Medspa for two Hydrafacials and can’t recommend Veronica and MM enough. The facility is sparkling clean and comfortable. Most of all, you are treated based on YOUR needs. I haven’t felt pushed into any treatment or purchase, and both Veronica and Rachel are absolute delights who truly care.

I went in to get my lips done and she suggested I get my cheeks. I was hesitant, but I went with my gut and trusted her. Wow, was I not only shocked but insanely happy with my results. I won’t go anywhere else from this point going forward. I’ve been to a lot of places but not had anyone make suggestions. I never knew how hollow I was under eyes but the results were a game changer. Best Spa by far! To start Rachel at the front desk is the friendliest and goes above and beyond to answer questions and get you in on those last minute appointments 😉. Dieu is the best, she explains everything in DETAIL and does all she can to keep you comfortable while making a plan of action for your wants/needs. The office is immaculate and I have never met anyone there who doesn’t have a smile on their face. Location is perfect too. WHY would you go anywhere else?!?!?
